Wynca Tinyo held the 2022 annual summary and commendation and 2023 business promotion meeting

  On January 13, Wynca Tinyo held the 2022 annual summary commendation and 2023 business promotion meeting with the theme of "stable operation, avoiding risks, seeking a new chapter, and courageously creating the future". The leader of the business Department Yu Lingfeng, members and the management of  Wynca Tinyo team attended the meeting.
  In 2022, due to the complicated and severe international political , economic environment, and COVID-19 epidemic, the market demand is obviously depressed, and every person of Wynca Tinyo felt the "chill" brought by the overall environment. However, under the guidance of the group's strategic of "stabilizing operations, seeking new opportunities, and improving capabilities", Wynca Tinyo takes technology as the main axis, innovation as the drive, and talents as the main parts. Wynca adheres to the high-end product line, responds flexibly, and takes the initiative, practices internal skills and lays a solid foundation. By implementing a series of measures such as adjusting the product structure, expanding the share of medium and high-end products, switching the localization of raw material, promoting cost reduction and efficiency increase, implementing MES online, and clarifying the lag process, we have solved the successive crises such as flood and epidemic, and solved the difficulties such as supply chain, raw material shortage, and achieved steady improvement in all indicators throughout the year, turning the "cold winter" into an opportunity for recovery

  Behind these achievements , it is the cohesion and combat effectiveness of all Wynca Tinyo people. During this period, a number of advanced department and individuals emerged. At first, the conference awarded the advanced department and individuals, and encouraged all the staff to take the advanced as the benchmark and make mutual progress.
  Next, the heads of each department summarized the work of the past year, and reported the work ideas of 2023, and the leaders in charge of each department made comments and speeches. 
  Subsequently, Chen Guizhong, general manager of Wynca Tinyo, summarized the overall operating situation throughout the year, made an in-depth analysis of the existing problems, raise requirements for the next stage  work, and signed a job responsibility  with each departments. Mr. Chen said that although 2022 is not perfect, we focused on "innovation", "small achievements" and "starting again", and our hearts are full of gratitude and enthusiasm. No matter what the future world looks like, we will carry forward the spirit of working together and overcoming difficulties together, and "go through the winter in the movement and move towards the future in reform".
  Business division leader Yu Lingfeng concluded a speech. Mr.Yu affirmed Wynca Tinyo’s steady and good performance in 2022. After years of accumulation, precipitation, exploration and reform, Wynca Tinyo has acquired a team full of vitality, cohesion and combat effectiveness. As silicone terminal industry benchmark,Wynca will continue to compare the global leading enterprises in the same industry in the future, and strive to achieve another leap in the next five years by adjusting the product structure,improving profitability,seizing the new development opportunities of the Division's globalization strategy and the new base, and firmly promoting high-end products.
