After 6 months preparation the lean management project startup conference held on June 14th,  which marked the official start of a half-year lean production.
All the staff participated in this meeting. The project promoting side joined in the meeting also, GM Li, Director Bai and Consultant Pang who were from Guanzhuo Company. 

In the meeting, leaders explained the significance and motivation of the implementation of the project from different views, and encouraged everybody to face the difficulties and put in place the quality and efficiency of the project.Team leaders signed the authorization with GM and took the oath, and then conference came to a satisfactory close.

        The project was closely around the group overall performance improvement, can help to work out the key factors for effective response. It is another major project after the three major systems of quality, environment and intellectual property right at the beginning of the year. Under the changing market and the expectations of the high-end customers, it is necessary to practice the internal work hard to be in the forefront of the competitors and stand in an invincible position. The high-end products will eventually need to live quality of craftsmen, cohesion and control in order to create a common, to ultimately reduce the eight aspects waste (waste in quality, processing, action, transportation, stock, plans, waiting, and management), to improve product quality and the level of profitability comprehensively, to reinforce the fundamentals of high-end customer contact. The process might be difficult, but must fight for the best.
